transferring an existing domain name, and our tech support
department will help you make the switch. You will be
responsible for transferring your website files from
your old hosting service to our service.
Do you offer website design services?
Yes. We can design your web pages with reasonable cost.

Can I transfer to your hosting service with my domain
name?
Yes transferring your website from another hosting service
is simple and easy. You don't actually transfer the
domain name itself; you simply change the DNS (Domain
Name Server) information associated with your domain
name. There is no transfer of ownership you retain ownership
of the domain name at all times. The procedure varies,
depending on which company you used to register your
domain name.
Do
you support PHP with FreeBSD?
Yes, of course. We support PHP 4 with FreeBSD and Apache
server.
Do
you offer Microsoft FrontPage Extension in your
server?
Yes, we offer MS FrontPage Extension.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and business checks. Most
of our customers pay by credit card. We also accept
business checks for those customers who wish to pay
the whole amount for the contract period. If you have

Sorry, We do not offer merchant account assistance.
How do I transfer files to my web server?
You can upload your web pages and associated files via
an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) application to our server.
You can use WSFTP (http://www.cuteftp.com) or any FTP
programs to upload or download files. If you don't have
any FTP program, you can download one through the internet.
